If you take out a finance product offered by one of our lenders we will receive a commission for the introduction of this. The commission amount varies depending on the lender used and the amount financed. This however doesn't affect the total amount payable by yourself for taking out the loan on the vehicle. In line with our terms and conditions, please note in case of a refund being requested under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 we wil advise the customer to provide a report to state the issues on the vehicle. The report will need to be from a Vat Registered Garage detailing the reasons for the return and issues being faced by the customer. Following the return of the vehicle with the report the vehicle will be sent to an independent garage to confirm the report. Once the report is confirmed we will proceed in processing the refund. The refund will be subject to a deduction of a £100 returning fee. Further deductions will be made for mileage usage at 45p per mile and any damage caused by the customer in their possession. The refund can take upto 10 working days to be sanctioned and will be paid back by the way the vehicle was paid for. Please also note that all paperwork pertaining to the vehicle will need to be returned in FULL including spare key and locking wheel nut. The 10 working days will not commence until until everything has been returned. By purchasing a vehicle from us you accept these terms and conditions.
